What are polular web frameworks? Echo alternatives for golang

I have been using Echo for a few small projects. However, as I try to use it for something more substantial discovering the project is pretty much a Zombie.. It is not dead, but the developer of the project doesn't participate in forums, doesn't reply, etc... There are questions in the forum, but no replies, there are PRs from would be contributors just sitting waiting for review/merge.

So even though so far Echo was the project I have liked best as a Go web framework I am ready to try something else a little more alive.

Anyone can recommend any framework, actively maintained with an actual community, that has a similar syntax to Echo?
